Meet Rufus the badger!
Well, Team Badger Badger Badger Badger are in the final phase of preparations now, with another busy weekend under our belts. Our Techno Badger has been christened Rufus, as in Rufus a badgers arse... how Rufus tends to feel after a mashed up weekend!
This weekend, we got cracking on the costumes with Pez, Al and Fran getting busy with spray paint!
This week saw Al, 'len and Al's dad finish of the badger and wings. The rigging of the wings took a vast quantity of washing line and a lot of patience!
The final touches have been added, including the throwing down of a gauntlet to the other teams - the Rufus the badger is taking ALL of you down... well that and the 6 metre ramp!
He's has a nifty little numberplate too!
All in all, we think he's looking pretty damn good. The team on the other hand, are bloomin' knackered - just a few props, placards and costume bits to go though!!!
Anyway, more news as it happens, but for now, enjoy a lovely picture of Rufus, resplendent with his wings! See you on the 7th!
